Healthcare Qualities and Change Model Research Assignment (Essay Sample) Content: Healthcare Qualities and Change ModelNameUniversityHealthcare Qualities and Change ModelReliability and ValidityReliability and validity are some of the qualities that will make the information that is accrued usable. Depending on the kind of experiments or project that is one is involved in the matter could be light or serious. It all depends on the project in question for one to know whether he or she can compromise on these two qualities amongst others. This paper will be looking elaborate on the assessment tool used in my project to ensure the maintenance of both of these qualities. In the case of an assessment tool the extent to which one receives constant and regular results form it will determine its reliability. This will be the measure of its reliability implying that when it fails to be constant and becomes irregular then it can be termed as unreliable or reduced its degree of reliability. There is no means of carrying out a calculation to ensure reliability depending on its result however there are different modes that can be used to estimate it in a project or any given case (Woodrow, 2014). Use can be made of different observers and then compare what they get from what is arrived at in the project or a test can be arranged for the results arrived at over a given duration. Two tests can also be carried out at the same time for comparison purposes to be used in gauging reliability. It will be critical to note whether the assessment tool that is used is working as per its original specification or what it was designed to do and anytime that it deviates from this then one will be justified to term it as invalid. According to Woodrow (2014) the best way to establish this will involve the collection and evaluation of particular data from which one can determine the validity of the instrument used. The best way will be to use data whose values are known on the instrument and any deviation will be the extent of its invalidity.Importance of Ch ange ModelIn the day to day operations or during practice change becomes inevitable at one time or the other. This could emanate from different angles including the adoption of new technology, having new set of managers with their mode or simply adopting new ways of practicing. There are different ways that can be chosen to manage this particular change depending on the participants and the mode that is chosen will be important in determining the effectiveness of the change. This paper will discuss the importance of incorporating a change model and whether the choice of a model outweighs the time and effort taken to integrate it.A model is a systematic way of doing things that has been practiced over time with clear details on how it is to be implemented. In the case of change it is important to use any of the known models in that it provides guidance on how to approach it and the steps and stages that need to be followed. Clark (2009) notes that the benefits of adhering to any one established theory or change model are numerous and they increase its likelihood of succes...
